Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

910CPR LLC — Effective 6/11/2025

By registering for a class with 910CPR LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. ✅ Eligibility & Course Selection

You're responsible for choosing the right class based on your job, license, or school requirements. If you're not sure which course is needed (AHA, ARC, HSI), please ask us before registering.

2. 💳 Payment, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Payment is due at registration.

• Cancel at least 72 hours before class to receive a refund.

• One reschedule is allowed (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and used within 30 days).

• No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the fee.

3. 📚 Student Requirements (AHA / ARC / HSI Compliant)

• Manuals are required: You must have access to the course manual before, during, and after class. Bring it with you or order one at checkout.

• Online prerequisites: If you're taking a blended/online course, bring your completion certificate to class. No cert = no skills session.

• Participation matters: You must complete all class sections, pass the written test (if required), and show skill competency.

• Physical ability: You’ll need to kneel and perform compressions on the floor. Let us know in advance if accommodations are needed.

• Completion alone doesn’t guarantee certification — skills and testing must be passed.

4. 🪪 Certification Delivery

Certification is issued by AHA, ARC, or HSI after all components are successfully completed. Most cards arrive by email in 1–5 business days, but allow up to 20.

5. ⚠️ Risk & Release

CPR training is physical. You voluntarily accept all risks and release 910CPR LLC and your instructor from liability for any injury or discomfort during class.

6. 🔐 Privacy

Your info is used only to register and issue your certification. We don’t sell your data.

7. 📸 Media (Optional)

We may take photos or short videos for training or promotion. If you’d rather not be included, just let us know at the start of class.

8. 🚫 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to remove anyone from class (without refund) for being disruptive, under the influence, or unsafe.

9. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by North Carolina law. Any disputes will be handled in New Hanover County, NC.
