Refund Policy

CPR 2 GO LLC maintains a no refund policy. Once payment is made for any class, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Instead:
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be held as a credit for a future class.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $30 inconvenience fee will be deducted from your credit.
No-shows or day-of cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Credit Terms: Credits are valid for up to 90 days from your original class date. Rescheduling requests must be made directly via email or phone.
This policy allows us to uphold the integrity of scheduling, resource allocation, and fairness to other students.
