Terms and Conditions
Welcome to CPR 2 GO LLC. By booking any class through our HOVN profile or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided CPR 2 GO LLC provides emergency preparedness and healthcare-related training, including but not limited to basic, advanced, and instructor-level courses. Classes may be in-person, hybrid (online + in-person), or mobile.
2. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your seat is not reserved until payment is completed. Group rates and custom business contracts may be arranged separately.
3. Attendance and Punctuality Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may not be admitted and will be subject to our rescheduling and inconvenience fee policies.
4. Certification Issuance Most certifications are disbursed the same day of successful course completion. Instructor-level certifications may take up to 7 business days, and in rare cases, up to 14 days. Students will receive digital certification cards via email unless otherwise arranged.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Students may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, a $30 inconvenience fee will apply, and your payment will be held as a credit (no refunds are issued).
6. Class Cancellations by CPR 2 GO We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to instructor emergencies, low enrollment, weather, or facility issues. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative date or a credit toward another session.
7. Limitation of Liability By enrolling in a class, you agree to participate at your own risk. CPR 2 GO LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages sustained during your participation in training or on-site sessions.
