Refund Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: 

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule a class. As out class space is limited, please give at least 48-hours notice if you are unable to attend. Participants are given the opportunity to reschedule to a new class within 60 days of the original class date. No Shows are considered student cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations require a minimum of 48-hours notice prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after the day of the class. To cancel or reschedule a class, please call 615-422-5280.

Notification process if class is cancelled by CPR Direct: We are committed to holding your class and do NOT cancel classes due to low participation. If a class must be cancelled due to illness of the instructor, weather conditions, etc., participants will be notified by email or text as quickly as possible. A full refund will be given if rescheduling is not an option.

Per AHA Guidelines, all participants must be present for the entire course so please make every effort to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your course time.

Return Policy: Items purchased, but not picked up within 30 days of your registered class date, will be returned to inventory.

Unopened textbooks may be returned up to the date of the registered class.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
