Terms and Conditions

Thank you for registering for our course!  In order to have the best possible experience, please arrive on time and wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.  Also please be advised this is a hands-on course that may require kneeling for extended periods of time. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Upon satisfactory completion, your cards will be issued within a 24-hour period. 

Cancellation Policy

 In the event you must cancel an appointment, you must notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to the course date. You will receive a full credit good for one year from the date of the course. Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will not be refunded.

We at CPRNY reserve the right to cancel any classes without a refund if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions or other causes that are not the responsibility of CPRNY.  If such situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expiration.  CPRNY reserves the right to cancel any classes that fall below a minimum of 3 students. If a class is canceled, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance and will be given a choice to reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.

No Show Policy

 You will be considered as a NO SHOW student if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least one day before the start of the class. Refunds or credits will not be granted if you are a NO SHOW student.
