Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 27, 2025

At Delaware County CPR, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality training and service. We understand that circumstances can change, and this refund policy outlines your options for cancellations and refunds.

1. General Course Refunds

Full Refund: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course date and online course content has not been accessed.
Partial Refund: If the online portion of a blended (HeartCode) course has been accessed or opened, you are only eligible for a 33% refund, regardless of how much of the content was completed.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or for no-shows, unless under extenuating circumstances approved by Delaware County CPR, LLC.

2. Long-Term Course Refunds

(Example: EMT classes, instructor programs, or multi-week courses)

Full Refund Eligibility: A full refund may be requested before the end of the first full week of class.
No Refund After Week One: Once the first full week of class is completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes voluntary withdrawal, absence, or dismissal due to violation of class policies.

3. Course Cancellations by Delaware County CPR

In the rare event that a class is canceled by us due to low enrollment, weather, or instructor unavailability:

You may choose a full refund or
Credit toward a future course

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at delawarecountycpr@gmail.com with your full name, course name, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
