2. Courses and Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who meet prerequisites. Verify all eligibility requirements on the course page or by contacting us.

  • Fees and Payment: Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept the payment methods listed on our Site.

  • Cancellation and Refunds:

    • You may cancel registration up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund (less a processing fee).

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not refundable, except in cases of emergency or at our discretion.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, weather, or instructor availability; full refunds or credit toward future courses will be provided in such cases.

3. Certification and Materials

  • Upon successful completion of course requirements, participants receive American Heart Association certification or eCard per AHA policies.

  • Course materials and intellectual property provided by the Company or AHA are for personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  1. Arrive on time and dress appropriately for training (e.g., closed‐toe shoes, scrubs or business casual).

  2. Perform all practical activities safely and under instructor supervision.

  3. Follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions.

  4. Behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.

  5. Not record, photograph, or distribute images or video during class without prior approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaware County CPR, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in training. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information (such as name, contact details, qualifications) solely for course registration and certification reporting. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain reasonable security measures. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third‑Party Links
