These Terms and Conditions govern participation in CPR training courses provided by HEART HELPERS LLC. By enrolling in this course you agree to the following:
ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
1.1 Full payment must be made at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Prices are listed and may change without notice prior to booking.
1.3 Group or corporate bookings require a signed agreement and may be subject to customized terms.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
2.1 HEART HELPERS LLC. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances {e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies}. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
2.2 We offer NO REFUNDS after 24 hours. Please check our refund policy.
ATTENDANCE AND CERTIFICATION
3.1 Participants must attend the full course and successfully complete all required assessments to receive certification.
3.2 Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in denial of entry and forfeiture of fees.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
4.1 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability to safely perform CPR techniques.
4.2 Participation is voluntary, and attendees accept responsibility for any risks associated with training activities.
4.3 Heart Helpers LLC. is not liable for injuries sustained during training except where caused by proven negligence.
LIMITATIONS OF TRAINING
5.1 CPR training is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee future performance or outcomes in real-life emergencies.
5.2 HEART HELPERS LLC. is not liable for the outcome of any medical emergency where CPR techniques are applied by a participant.
CODE OF CONDUCT
6.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees.
6.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
