Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Individual Students

All course registrations for individual students are non-refundable.

Students may reschedule their class with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is permitted one time and must be completed within 30 days of the original class date.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

If a student does not successfully complete the course, a retake may be required and may be subject to an additional fee.

Organizations & Corporate Clients

The following terms apply to organizations and corporate clients only and do not apply to individual student registrations.

All scheduled training services are non-refundable.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings unless the organization utilizes its own internal invoicing or payment system. In such cases, payment terms will follow the organization’s established process.

Organizations must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled training will result in a $150 late cancellation fee.

Organizations are permitted one reschedule per booking. Rescheduled trainings must be completed within 30 days of the original scheduled date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of payment. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees or require a new booking.

Organizations must provide a final confirmed headcount at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled training date. Billing will be based on the confirmed headcount, not actual attendance. If fewer participants attend than confirmed, the organization will still be billed for the confirmed number. If additional participants attend beyond the confirmed number, they will be accommodated when possible and billed accordingly.

Attendance Policy

Training will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants who arrive late may be denied entry or may not receive certification if required course content is missed.

Policy Updates

IMANURSE Academy reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will apply to all future bookings and registrations.
