Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At MyCPR.org, we are committed to providing flexible, student-focused training. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy below.

Refunds

  • AHA Course Codes:

    We are unable to issue refunds for American Heart Association (AHA) course codes once they have been emailed. These codes are non-refundable and non-transferable per AHA policy.

  • Refund are not possible due the automation of AHA ecard process.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. We will reschedule any student at no cost, as long as you contact us before the start time of your originally scheduled course.
