Refund Policy

By registering for a course with Midwest CPR Center, students agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available only when requested 48 hours or more before the scheduled class time.

• Refunds are not issued for:

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the class

  • No‑call/no‑shows

  • Late arrivals resulting in denied entry

  • AHA eLearning keys, online course access, or digital materials once issued

2. Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule one time at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the class require a $25 rescheduling fee.

• No‑call/no‑shows must register again at full price.

3. Late Arrival Policy

To maintain course quality and meet American Heart Association standards, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry and required to reschedule at their own expense.

4. Class Cancellations by Midwest CPR Center

If Midwest CPR Center cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or facility issues, students may choose:

• A full refund, or

• Transfer to another available class at no cost

5. Certification Guarantee

Refunds are not provided for students who do not meet course completion requirements, including skills performance or written exam standards. You will be able to attend one more class at no charge.
