The NCCP EMT Refresher – National Component is designed for certified EMTs who need to fulfill the national portion of their recertification requirements. This instructor-led course follows the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and Minnesota Office of Emergency Medical Services guidelines. Training focuses on core emergency medical topics, including trauma care, medical emergencies, airway management, cardiology, and EMS operations. Participants engage in hands-on skill training and case-based learning to reinforce critical decision-making and patient care techniques. Successful completion of this course fulfills the national component of EMT recertification under the NCCP model. Additional continuing education hours may be required to meet state and local renewal requirements.
This course results in NCCP 20-Hour Certification.
