Heartsaver for K-12 Schools - Blended

The AHA Heartsaver® K-12 (Blended) course trains students and school staff in CPR, AED, and first aid through online learning and an in-person skills check. It aligns with AHA, OSHA, and K-12 safety standards. Certification is valid for two years and issued by authorized AHA training centers.

The Heartsaver® K-12 course in blended format is designed for students, teachers, coaches, and staff who need flexible, standards-based emergency training. Participants complete online modules covering adult CPR, AED use, choking relief, and first aid for medical and environmental emergencies common in school settings. Following the online coursework, learners attend an instructor-led skills session to practice and demonstrate competency. This hybrid format supports school schedules and provides a scalable solution for meeting district and state emergency preparedness requirements. Upon successful completion, participants receive an official AHA Heartsaver® K-12 certification card (SKU 20-3011), valid for two years. This format is ideal for school-wide implementations where flexibility and compliance are critical.
