The Heartsaver Basic First Aid CPR AED course provides fundamental training in first aid, CPR, and AED use with the flexibility to choose optional topics based on individual or workplace needs. While this version offers the same quality of instruction in life-saving techniques, it allows students to focus on specific areas of interest. Note that this version does not meet OSHA or regulatory requirements, and students should confirm with their employer which version of the course meets their workplace requirements.
Online Portion and Skills session in person. Provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
