Save a Life CPR LLC policies have been carefully established to follow American Red Cross training guidelines and to support our instructors and location partners.

Save a Life CPR LLC reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment requirements established by the American Red Cross are not met. In the event a class is cancelled, registered participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule into another class at no additional charge.

Save a Life CPR LLC is a management services organization and technology information service provider offering administrative, marketing, and operational support to independent instructors and training practices. Our website provides health-related information and serves as a forum for independent providers offering CPR, First Aid, lifeguarding, and related training services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment necessary to access and use the Website.

Eligibility

In order to comply with American Red Cross policies and guidelines, Save a Life CPR LLC requires accurate and factual information for all services rendered.

You must notify us immediately of:

• Any change in your eligibility to use our services

• Any changes to your medical condition or physical fitness that may affect participation

• Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your personal information associated with Save a Life CPR LLC

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use a name that belongs to another person or impersonate another individual

• Use a name subject to the rights of another person without proper authorization

• Use another person’s information or login credentials to access the Website and/or services

Terms & Conditions

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I knowingly and fully accept all terms, conditions, and policies and assume all risks associated with participation in the course or service, including but not limited to swimming and other water-related activities.

On behalf of myself, my child/children, our heirs, administrators, executors, and personal representatives, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages or losses, whether monetary or otherwise, that I or my child may have against:

• Save a Life CPR LLC and its Directors

• Any affiliated Training Facility

• Executive directors, owners, managers, employees, members, representatives, and agents

• All instructors, participants, organizers, planners, and volunteers

Representation & Indemnification

The registered/undersigned participant, representative, parent, and/or guardian represents that he or she is legally authorized to act in such capacity.

The undersigned agrees to save, hold harmless, and indemnify each of the above-mentioned parties from any and all liability, loss, cost, or damage that may be imposed because of any defect in or lack of such authority to act, and releases said parties on behalf of the participant or minor.

Communication Authorization

I authorize Save a Life CPR LLC to use my contact information to communicate schedule updates, announcements, reminders, and other relevant course-related information.
