Refund & Rescheduling Policy

910CPR LLC

We understand that schedules change, and we’ll always try to work with you — but to keep classes running smoothly, the following policies apply:

1. 💰 Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or more before your scheduled class.

  • Cncellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund, but may qualify for a reschedule (see below).

  • No refunds are given for: No-shows, Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late), Failure to bring required documentation (e.g., manuals or online course certificates)

2. 🔄 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of your original date.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be denied or subject to a rebooking fee.

3. 🚫 Class Cancellations by 910CPR

• If we cancel or reschedule a class for any reason (e.g., weather, low enrollment, instructor emergency), you’ll be offered:

A full refund or a no-fee transfer to a future session of your choice. We aim to notify you as early as possible if a cancellation occurs.

4. 📚 Special Notes

• If your course includes an online component, no refund is available once the online access code has been issued.

• Group or onsite classes may have separate terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
