Terms and Conditions

By registering for a course with AOK Training Center, you agree to the following:

• All registrations are non-refundable

• One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours prior to your course (must be used within 60 days)

• Late reschedules (within 72 hours) require a fee

• Failure to attend, arriving late, or incomplete pre-course work will result in a No-Show, and a new registration fee will apply

• All required pre-course modules must be completed before class

• Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable technology and internet access for virtual courses

• Certification cards will only be issued after all course and documentation requirements are completed

• Participants must review all communications from:

  • AOK Training Center

  • Course administrators

  • Assigned instructors

  • ENA, AHA, or Red Cross platforms (if applicable)

Failure to follow course requirements or review communications does not qualify for exceptions.
