Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must register in advance for training sessions.

  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Spaces are limited; registration is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Group or corporate bookings require a deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Student Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable, but students may reschedule for a future class (subject to availability).

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits all fees.

  • Provider Cancellations: In the event Heartspark Elite must cancel or reschedule a class (e.g., due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or facility issues), participants may transfer to another class or request a full refund.

3. Certification

  • Heartspark Elite provides certification through an accredited organization (e.g., American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent).

  • Successful completion of both the skills assessment and written exam is required to receive certification.

  • Certification cards are generally issued within 7–10 business days after class completion.

4. Attendance & Participation

  • Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals
