BESTNC, LLC dba Best Emergency Services Training
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in training courses offered by BESTNC, LLC dba Best Emergency Services Training (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a class, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration and Payment
All class registrations must be completed through our official booking system. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is completed.
2. Refund Policy
Classroom and online training fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
No-shows forfeit the registration fee.
3. Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by emailing StudentSupport@bestnc.com.
A reschedule fee (which varies by class) will apply to all rescheduling requests unless you purchased Reschedule Insurance.
Rescheduled classes must be attended within 90 days of the original registration date, or the payment will be forfeited.
Reschedule Insurance (Optional)
At checkout, you may purchase Reschedule Insurance for an additional fee. This allows up to two (2) reschedules per registration, provided we are notified prior to the class start time. Without Reschedule Insurance, a reschedule fee will apply for any rescheduling request.
4. Class Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to emergencies, inclement weather, low enrollment, or other reasons we deem necessary. In the unlikely event that your class is canceled by us, you may re-register for another class at no additional cost or request a 100% refund.
5. Student Responsibilities
You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will be treated as a no-show.
You are responsible for meeting any course prerequisites (for example, current BLS certification for ACLS or PALS).
You must follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines during class.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
6. Certification
Successful completion of a course and issuance of a certification card is based on meeting the requirements set by the certifying organization (AHA, NAEMT, HSI, ARC, etc.). We do not guarantee certification if the student fails to meet the required performance standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, handouts, presentations, and content provided during training are the property of BESTNC, LLC or the respective certifying organization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESTNC, LLC and its instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in any training course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course.
9. Assumption of Risk
Some courses involve physical activity (CPR practice, skills stations, etc.). By registering, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation and agree that you are physically able to take part in the training.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website and in our registration system. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
