Refund Policy

Students must pay for classes and courses before instruction begins.

Online Courses

Online courses cannot be transferred to any other student once issued.

Live Classes

eBooks cannot be transferred to any other student once issued.

Instructor Costs

Our instructors incur significant costs for every class, including but not limited to:

• Travel compensation to and from the classroom

• Classroom setup and preparation

• Manikin assembly and sanitization

• Video and computer preparation

• Testing materials preparation

• Paperwork and certification submission

• Equipment disassembly and cleanup

• Return travel

No Refunds

Big Texas CPR LLC does not offer refunds due to the significant operational costs described above. Pre-payment covers instructor preparation and delivery costs that cannot be recovered if classes are canceled.
