If you must cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the course date. You will receive a full credit good for one year from the date of the course. Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will not be refunded.
. If a class is canceled, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance and given the option to reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.
No Show Policy
You will be considered as a NO SHOW student if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least one day before the start of the class. Refunds or credits will not be granted if you are a NO SHOW student.
