Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy: Written cancellations will result in an administrative fee of $15 for Heartsaver Courses, $35 BLS courses; $15 for BLS Skills Sessions; $50 for Heartsaver Skills Sessions; $25 for advanced level provider courses or skills sessions; $100 for instructor courses. Cancellations within 7 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy: Any requests to reschedule must be made by email; phone calls will not be accepted for rescheduling. You will be charged an administrative fee of $10 for Heartsaver or BLS provider courses; $15 for Skills Sessions; $25 for advanced level provider courses; $50 for instructor course. You have 45 days from the original course date for a one-time reschedule of your class. If you do not successfully complete the one-time rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new registration and you will be required to pay for a new class.
No Show: There is NO Refund for no-shows. Student will have to register and pay for a new class.
Tardy Policy: Please make plans to arrive on time. Students arriving after class start time will need to reschedule (rescheduling policy and fee applies).
Required Course Materials: Students who come to class without the required materials (as outlined in the course confirmation letters) will not be allowed to sit for class. You will need to either immediately purchase a book or reschedule. (Heartcode students have access to the eBook through the Heartcode online Part I.)
E-books/Keycodes: E-book and keycode purchases (and a portion of course fees required to cover the costs of E-Books and/or Keycodes) are non-refundable.
CEUs/CMEs: We do not issue any CEUs/CMEs. It is up to attendees to determine if self-reporting is accepted for any CEU/CME requirements.
