2. Services Provided

We offer in-person and online CPR and First Aid certification courses, adhering to recognized training guidelines.

The instructor will not be physically present at the location. There is an Ipad and equipment and the instructor will check you off via zoom. You will receive the same certification as a standard in person class. This meets all AHA guidelines.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings and payments must be made online through our website.

We do not accept walk-ins or payments in person.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund due to costs associated with booking space and contracting instructors.

Rescheduling: A $30 fee applies to all rescheduling requests.

No-Call/No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled course without prior notice, a $30 fee will apply.

5. User Responsibilities

We provide all course equipment and materials during training sessions.

If pre-course work is required, it is the student’s responsibility to purchase these materials separately.

Students must arrive on time for in-person sessions and follow the instructor's guidelines to ensure safety and certification compliance.

6. Eligibility

The minimum age for participating in our courses is 13 years old.

By booking a course, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7. Liability Disclaimer

CPR Syndicate is not liable for failure to achieve certification due to insufficient performance, incomplete pre-course work, or non-attendance.

Our courses provide training and certifications based on recognized guidelines; however, outcomes depend on individual performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the course are owned by CPR Syndicate or licensed through appropriate channels.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
