Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
At DisasterDesk, we’re committed to delivering high-quality education and training. Please review our policies before registering for any course.
Refunds
Full Refund: Cancel 7 or more days before the course start date for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancel 3–6 days before the course for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course or no-shows are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to training@disasterdesk.com.
Rescheduling
Free Rescheduling: Request a reschedule at least 72 hours before the course with no additional fee.
Late Rescheduling: Requests made within 72 hours of the course may incur a $25 administrative fee, subject to availability.
No-Shows: No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Cancellations by DisasterDesk
If we cancel a course due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or emergencies, you will receive either a full refund or a free transfer to another available course date.
Substitutions
You may send someone in your place if you notify us at least 24 hours before the course. The substitute must meet all course prerequisites.
Email the substitute’s full name and contact information to training@disasterdesk.com.
Emergency Exceptions
If you experience an emergency (such as illness or a family emergency), contact us. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
