Terms and Conditions
Falcon CPR Training – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a safe, effective, and professional learning experience for all participants while maintaining certification standards and instructor integrity.
By registering for a course, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Blended Learning Courses
Blended learning courses require completion of the online training component before attending the in-person skills session.
Students who do not complete the required e-learning prior to class will not be permitted to attend the in-person session.
Incomplete online training will require the student to reschedule and register for a new class at the full course rate.
We strongly recommend completing the online portion well in advance of your scheduled in-person class to avoid delays or issues.
Certification Requirements
Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all required course components, including skills demonstration and any required assessments.
Falcon CPR Training instructors are required to evaluate each participant according to established certification standards.
Certification is not guaranteed. Participants who do not successfully meet the required standards will not receive certification and may be required to register for additional training at the full course rate.
Course Selection Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they register for the correct course required by their employer, school, licensing board, or organization.
Falcon CPR Training is not responsible for registrations made for the incorrect course, certification type, or training provider requirement, including but not limited to American Red Cross, American Heart Association, BLS, CPR/AED, or First Aid courses.
We strongly encourage participants to verify training requirements with their employer, school, or organization before registering.
Completion of a course does not guarantee it will satisfy specific workplace, academic, or licensing requirements if the incorrect course was selected during registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our classes often reach full capacity. Cancellations made without notice may prevent other students from enrolling.
Cancellation
A full refund will be issued minus a $10 cancellation fee, except for the following courses, which are non-refundable:
Instructor Courses
Online-Only Courses
Parents & Grandparents Courses
We appreciate early notice whenever possible.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Students may transfer their enrollment to a future class at no additional charge, provided the request is made before the class start time.
Requests made after the class has started will be considered a No Call / No Show.
Late Arrival Policy
To maintain course quality and certification standards, punctuality is essential.
Blended courses: Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes are not permitted
Full-day courses: Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes are not permitted
Late arrivals disrupt instruction and prevent full participation in required skills. Students who arrive late will not be admitted and will need to register for another class at the full course rate.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us before class start time to discuss rescheduling options.
No Call / No Show
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice or communication will:
Forfeit their enrollment
Receive no refund
Be required to register for another class at the full course rate
Participant Conduct & Safety
Falcon CPR Training reserves the right to refuse participation, remove a student from a class, or deny certification if a participant:
Engages in disruptive behavior
Fails to follow instructor directions
Creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment
Appears impaired or unable to safely participate
No refunds will be issued in these situations.
Photography Policy
Falcon CPR Training instructors may take photographs during classes for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and printed materials.
All images are the property of Falcon CPR Training.
Participants may opt out of photography by notifying us in advance.
Photographs of children will never be used without prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Final Note
