Refund Policy

Please, NO REFUND OF YOUR MONEY FOR ANY REASON. Your credit card processing is with another payment gateway and your money, therefore, will not be refunded.

Strict NO SHOW policy: Students who do not show up in class will not receive a refund and must pay the full price to attend another class.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.

Within 72 hours before class: Rescheduling is allowed with a $20 fee, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before class: A $50 cancellation processing fee, plus what you paid for your class, will be applied.

Weather Cancellation: Decisions will be made 12 to 24 hours before class at the discretion of Heart Alive Medical & Training

Students: Instructors will open doors for class 10-15 minutes before allowing everyone to get settled in
