Refund Policy
Cancellation information
General information: Class sizes are limited to create a lower student/teacher ratio. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel up to 48 hours prior to class (minus the $10 /$20 transaction fee). Students may transfer to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 48 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class. All ARC refunds are subject to $10.00 transaction fee. Your refund will be your total paid minus the $10.00 fee
All HSI refunds are subject to $20.00 transaction fee. Your refund will be your total paid minus the $20.00 fee
Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If notice is given less than 48 hours before the class, the class fee will be lost. Students may re-register for 50% off their new class fee. Only 1 transfer per student, and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted. No show's forfeit class fee.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS: If cancelled within the 5 day to 1 hour before arrival window, you will be invoiced for 50% of the original cost of the training. If paid upfront, you will be refunded 50% within 5-10 days of cancellation. If cancelled more than 5 days ahead, there is no cancellation fee and you can rebook after paying a $100 rebooking fee. Administrative fee's charged remain at the same rate and are not refundable. ~ If the session is cancelled while on-site, you will be invoiced the entire amount that you were quoted. If paid upfront, you will not receive a refund~.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. We will provide 24-hour notice if we have to cancel a class for that reason.
LATE POLICY: 5 minutes for blended classes; 15 minutes for full-day classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register with full payment for another class. In that case, no refund will be given.
ONLINE ONLY courses are non-refundable.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be advised that Heart and Mind Training follows local school closings (Riverview School District) and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations fall will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration is lost, and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.
