Refund Policy

No-Show Policy: Students who do not show for a class are defined as (but not limited to) the following: no-call/no-show, failure to give notice within 12 hours of their course start time, are tardy for the course 15 minutes after the class start time (and thus ineligible for course attendance). These students may reschedule for a fee of $25 to any available session of their choosing. No-show students forfeit any refunds for the course but may reschedule for the aforementioned fee. Each incident of no-show will incur an additional fee and students may not attend the course until their balance is paid-in-full.

Rescheduling Policy: Greater than 24 hours from the start date of their course, students may reschedule without penalty. If it is less than 24 hours before the registered student's class start time, then students may reschedule for $25 to another session. Students rescheduling within 24 hours of their course start date forfeit any refunds on the course. Each rescheduling incident will incur an additional fee and students may not attend the course until their balance is paid-in-full.

Refund Policy on Products: All digital products are non-refundable. Physical products are non-refundable once the product has been given to the student (i.e. once the product is physically given to the student, then the product is ineligible for refund). Physical products not given to the student are eligible for a refund of their taxes and 85% the original price (due to processing fees).

Refund Policy on Courses: Courses cancelled at or more than 24 hours before the start time of the course are eligible for a refund, up to 85% of the cost of the course (due to processing fees). See above if the student rescheduled within 24 hours or was a no-show.
