Student Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class may be rescheduled to a future session or refunded, minus any processing fees.
Late Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of all fees.
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.
Instructor Cancellations
If J² Education & Wellness cancels a class, participants may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to another session at no additional cost.
