Refund Policy
At RGV CPR, LLC, all courses include access to digital student materials, which may include a digital student manual and/or an online course component for hybrid and blended learning formats. These materials are delivered via access codes that are issued automatically upon registration.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
Digital Materials — Non-Refundable
Once an access code for digital student materials has been issued, it cannot be reused, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether the code has been activated or redeemed. The cost of digital materials will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Course Fee Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled course start time. Cancellation requests sent after that deadline will not qualify for a refund. All cancellation requests must be emailed to admin@rgvcpr.com. Approved refunds will be issued for the course fee minus the cost of the digital materials already issued.
No-Show Policy
Students who do not attend their scheduled course without prior written cancellation are not eligible for a refund of any kind, including the course fee.
Rescheduling
Students may reschedule their enrollment one (1) time at no charge, provided the written request is submitted to admin@rgvcpr.com at least 24 hours before the course start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 60 days of the original course date. Rescheduling is not available to students who no-showed their original session.
