Basic Life Support (BLS) with Adult First Aid – Blended Learning

The HSI Basic Life Support (BLS) with Adult First Aid Course is designed for healthcare providers, first responders, and workplace safety personnel who need CPR, AED, and first aid certification. This blended course includes an online module followed by an in-person skills session. Certification is valid for two years and meets OSHA requirements.

The HSI Basic Life Support (BLS) with Adult First Aid Course (Blended Learning) is a comprehensive training program that combines online learning with hands-on skills practice. This course is designed for healthcare professionals, workplace safety personnel, and first responders who need to be prepared for medical emergencies. The online portion covers theoretical concepts, including high-quality CPR techniques, AED operation, airway management, and basic first aid principles such as wound care, bleeding control, and medical emergency response. Students complete the self-paced module before attending an in-person session at a training center, where they demonstrate their CPR and first aid skills under the supervision of an instructor. This blended course follows HSI guidelines and meets OSHA workplace safety requirements. Upon successful completion, participants receive an HSI BLS with Adult First Aid certification valid for two years. Renewal options are available for recertification.
