The Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) course is designed for healthcare providers who provide care to seriously ill or injured infants and children. This course focuses on the systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, treatment algorithms, and effective communication and team dynamics. It equips participants with the skills and confidence to provide appropriate care in critical pediatric situations.
