Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all courses and products purchased from Apex EMS Education, LLC through the Hovn Portal or other authorized registration methods.
Eligible Refunds
Students who cancel seven (7) or more days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apexemsed.com.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
Cancellation less than 7 days before the class
Notice provided less than 24 hours before class
Failure to attend / no-show
Arrival after the late policy window
Student has already used their one permitted transfer
Class has already begun
Online-only courses
Virtual class kits or issued materials
Student failed to complete required online prerequisites for blended courses
Late Cancellation Re-Registration Option
Students canceling less than 24 hours before class may re-register for 50% off a future class fee. This is not a refund and is offered as a courtesy at the discretion of Apex EMS Education.
Course Cancellations by Apex EMS Education
If Apex EMS Education cancels a course, students will be offered:
A transfer to another course date, or
A full refund of tuition paid.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
