Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all courses and products purchased from Apex EMS Education, LLC through the Hovn Portal or other authorized registration methods.

Eligible Refunds

  • Students who cancel seven (7) or more days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apexemsed.com.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellation less than 7 days before the class

  2. Notice provided less than 24 hours before class

  3. Failure to attend / no-show

  4. Arrival after the late policy window

  5. Student has already used their one permitted transfer

  6. Class has already begun

  7. Online-only courses

  8. Virtual class kits or issued materials

  9. Student failed to complete required online prerequisites for blended courses

Late Cancellation Re-Registration Option

Students canceling less than 24 hours before class may re-register for 50% off a future class fee. This is not a refund and is offered as a courtesy at the discretion of Apex EMS Education.

Course Cancellations by Apex EMS Education

If Apex EMS Education cancels a course, students will be offered:

  • A transfer to another course date, or

  • A full refund of tuition paid.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
