Text Messaging (SMS)

Selecting the optional “SMS Class Updates” item during class registration in our booking system
Providing your mobile number to our staff in person or by phone and giving explicit verbal consent

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Best Emergency Services Training at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to complete class registration.

If a customer texts our business number first, we may send a one-time reply to that inquiry. Texting our business number is not an opt-in for recurring messages.

Types of Messages: Class confirmations, schedule reminders, certification updates, replies to inquiries, cancellation or rescheduling notices, and customer support.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
