Refund Policy
Classroom and online training fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
No-shows forfeit the registration fee.
Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by emailing: StudentSupport@bestnc.com. A reschedule fee, which varies depending on the class, will apply to all rescheduling requests unless covered by Reschedule Insurance (see below). Rescheduled classes must be attended within 90 days of the original registration, or the payment will be forfeited.
Reschedule Insurance (Optional):
At checkout, you may purchase Reschedule Insurance for an additional fee. This allows up to two (2) reschedules per registration, provided we are notified prior to the class start time. Without Reschedule Insurance, a reschedule fee will apply for any rescheduling requests, including those made after the class start time. The reschedule fee varies depending on the class and will be communicated at the time of registration or rescheduling.
Cancellations by Best Emergency Services Training:
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to emergencies, inclement weather, or other reasons deemed necessary. In the UNLIKELY event that your class is canceled, you may re-register for another class or request a 100% refund.
