The STOP THE BLEED® Instructor-Led Course teaches participants how to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding. This hands-on training covers direct pressure application, wound packing, and tourniquet use. Certification is issued by the American College of Surgeons.

The online course "Heartcode BLS" must be must completed prior to attending a skill session for AHA BLS Provider CPR certification.

The ECSI Instructor Development Course (IDC) is an in-person program for current first-aid/CPR providers who wish to teach Emergency Care & Safety Institute classes. Led by ECSI Instructor Trainers, it qualifies graduates for a renewable two-year ECSI Instructor appointment.

The ECSI Instructor Development Course (IDC) is an 11-hour course that can only be taught by authorized ECSI Instructor Trainers. Part of this training is done online. Students must be certified, in the course they want to teach, prior to attending the 5 hour live class.

The ECSI Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens Course provides in-person training on exposure risks, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This instructor-led course covers OSHA standards for workplace safety and best practices for handling bloodborne pathogens. Certification is valid for one year, meeting OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 requirements.

The ECSI Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens Blended Learning Course combines online self-paced training with an in-person skills session. This course meets OSHA requirements and teaches exposure prevention, infection control, and workplace safety measures. Certification is valid for one year.

The ECSI Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED Blended Learning Course combines online self-paced instruction with in-person skills assessment. This format offers flexibility for participants to learn theoretical components online and practice essential lifesaving skills during a hands-on session. Certification is valid for two years.

This instructor-led course is ideal for lay responders and workplace responders seeking to acquire essential lifesaving skills. Certification is valid for two years.

The Basic Life Support - Instructor course is designed for individuals looking to become certified instructors of American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider and Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED courses. Participants will learn how to effectively teach and evaluate students, ensuring they meet AHA standards.

Course includes: Alignment AHA, Instructor Essentials course, Instructor Book, Course videos, Student Manual. BLS Instructors can teach all AHA BLS & Heartsaver courses. Heartsaver Instructors must purchase Heartsaver Instructor Book, Course videos and Student book.

The ECSI Wilderness First Aid (WFA) Course is designed for outdoor enthusiasts, Scout leaders, and individuals traveling to remote areas who need essential first aid skills when professional medical care is delayed. This instructor-led course covers patient assessment, trauma care, environmental emergencies, and evacuation planning. Certification is valid for two years and meets Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and OSHA Best Practices standards.

Students will also learn Adult CPR/Child CPR/Infant CPR/ AED/ and Stop the Bleed - all certifications included in this live class! Class is scheduled for 9 hours each day to allow a one hour break for lunch.

The ECSI Wilderness First Aid (WFA) Blended Learning Course allows outdoor enthusiasts, Scout leaders, and remote workers to complete first aid training through self-paced online coursework followed by an in-person skills session. This blended course covers emergency response, trauma care, and survival-based first aid. Certification is valid for two years and meets BSA and OSHA training standards.
