Students pay for classes and courses prior to them being taught or issued.

When a student pays for a skill session, they are provided an online course. Online courses cannot be transferred to any other student once issued.

When a student pays for a live class, they are provided an eBook. eBooks cannot be transferred to any other student once issued.

Whenever a skill session or live class is scheduled, an instructor is also scheduled. Instructors are paid to travel to locations, they are paid to set up classes/skill sessions, assemble manikins, prepare videos, computers, tests, answer sheets, skill sheets, submit paperwork, disassemble everything, and are paid to travel home.

Due to the costs listed, Big Texas CPR LLC does not offer refunds.

At Big Texas CPR LLC, we offer high-quality classes for individuals and groups. Our classes are designed to provide you with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to help save a life. We support many instructors. All of them are aligned and qualified. It is very possible that your class is not provided directly by Big Texas CPR LLC - contact your instructor with class and payment questions. Super important note: EVERY student MUST have their own email... Including when paying for the course. Certificates, online course, eBooks are all sent and accessed through the students unique email. If parents are setting this up for their child, they might have to create an email (one that their child never uses). We apologize for this inconvenience but all CPR / First Aid programs use electronic certifications, card, books, courses etc, and there is no other way to issue certifications.
