Authorized User: Individuals with account access

Products: Tangible goods including online courses

2. Service Usage Rights

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service. The following activities are prohibited:

3. Access & Administration

The Originating Subscriber becomes the initial Administrator with authority to designate additional users and manage access. Administrators bear responsibility for all user activity on their subscriptions.

4. Product Purchases

Big Texas CPR LLC reserves the right to decline any order. All prices are in U.S. dollars and sales are limited to the United States. Incorrectly priced orders may be cancelled. Returns are accepted within 30 days; customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Professional Requirements

Subscriber shall ensure that the Products or Services purchased are suitable for any of Subscriber's occupational requirements. We recommend confirming your industry's specific requirements before making a purchase. Big Texas CPR LLC is not responsible for ensuring a particular course meets your employer's or licensing authority's specific requirements.

6. Payment Obligations

Full payment is required before access to services is granted. Non-payment will result in termination of agreements and may invalidate certifications. Subscribers are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Refund Policy

Subscribers may, within 60 days of purchase, request a refund unless the Subscriber has begun and/or completed a training course. No refunds are available after course commencement. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The liability of Big Texas CPR LLC arising out of any claim in any way connected with the Service will not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Service within the three-month period before the date the claim arose.

Big Texas CPR LLC disclaims liability for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

BIG TEXAS CPR LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes. No guarantees are made regarding digital compatibility, security, error-free operation, or specific results from the use of our services.

10. Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Texas CPR LLC against any and all claims arising from subscriber inaccuracies, breaches of this Agreement, or performance failures.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All claims must be brought in Texas courts. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Big Texas CPR LLC may engage third-party vendors in the delivery of its services.

Material amendments to this Agreement will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
