Privacy Policy
Coventry Emergency Squad is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all students enrolled in our CPR, First Aid, and EMS training programs. We collect only the information necessary to register students, deliver training, issue certifications, and maintain compliance with applicable training standards. This may include a student’s name, date of birth, contact information (such as email address and phone number), course attendance records, assessment results, and certification status. In some cases, limited demographic or identification information may be required by certifying organizations or regulatory agencies.
Student data is used solely for administrative and educational purposes, including course registration, communication about training, issuance of certification cards, reporting to accrediting bodies (such as the American Heart Association or other certifying agencies), and maintaining internal training records. We do not sell, rent, or share student information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only shared when required to process certifications, comply with legal obligations, or support official audits.
All student records are stored securely using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to student information is limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties. Coventry Emergency Squad retains student data only for as long as necessary to meet regulatory, certification, and operational requirements.
Students may request access to their records or request corrections to inaccurate information by contacting Coventry Emergency Squad directly. By enrolling in our training programs, students acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in this policy.
