Refund Policy
Coventry Emergency Squad, Inc. maintains a limited refund policy in order to ensure course availability, instructor scheduling, and resource allocation for all CPR, First Aid, and EMS training programs.
If Coventry Emergency Squad cancels a course due to low enrollment, weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option to transfer to another scheduled course. If a suitable alternative course cannot be identified within 30 days of the cancellation, the student may request a full refund by contacting Training@coventryems.org.
If a student elects to transfer to another course, they must do so within 30 days of the original course date. If the new course has a higher fee, the student is responsible for paying the difference. If the new course has a lower fee, no partial refunds will be issued.
Refunds are not guaranteed for student-initiated cancellations, missed classes, or failure to attend a scheduled course. Coventry Emergency Squad does not provide refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, as course resources and instructor time are reserved in advance.
All approved refunds must be requested in writing via email and will be processed using the original method of payment when possible. Coventry Emergency Squad reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances.
