No-Refund Policy for CPR Education (dba of Thunder Road Safety Inc.)

Thank you for choosing CPR Education for your CPR, First-Aid, and related training needs. Our registration is managed via hovn.app, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

No-Refund Policy

CPR Education does not offer refunds for class registrations once payment has been processed, regardless of the circumstances. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Transfer Options

We understand that plans may change. Therefore, if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled class, we will gladly:

• Reschedule your booking to another available class date, or

• Allow you to apply the value of your registration to another class of your choice.

Additionally, you may transfer your registration to another individual at any time before the class begins.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not notify us at least 72 hours in advance, you will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit, and no refund will be issued.
