Class Cancellation & Attendance Policy

To ensure a fair experience for all students and to allow us to effectively manage class sizes, please review our cancellation and attendance policy before registering.

Students who cancel 24 hours or more before the start of class may reschedule for any future class at no additional charge. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before class, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

Students who fail to attend (no-show) will forfeit their deposit or tuition payment. Payments for no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable to another class.

Refunds can be issued if East Coast Safety Consulting cancels a class. In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will typically notify students by text message and provide available options to reschedule or issue a full refund.

For the safety of everyone in attendance, any student who arrives and appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately. No refund or rescheduling option will be provided in these circumstances.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to complete registration and ensure the class begins promptly. Once CPR instruction has started, the classroom doors will be closed and late arrivals will not be admitted. If you arrive after the class has begun, you will be offered one courtesy opportunity to reschedule for a future class. Any subsequent late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
