Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Falcon CPR Training is committed to providing high-quality training while maintaining fairness for all participants.

Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.

The following courses are non-refundable:

• Instructor Courses

• Online-Only Courses

• Parents & Grandparents Courses

Rescheduling

Students may transfer their enrollment to a future class at no additional charge if the request is made before the class start time.

Requests made after the class has started will be considered a No Call / No Show.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals are not permitted:

• Blended courses: more than 5 minutes late

• Full-day courses: more than 10 minutes late

Students who arrive late will not be admitted and will be required to register for another class at the full course rate.

No Call / No Show

Students who fail to attend without prior notice will:

• Forfeit their enrollment

• Receive no refund

• Be required to register for another class at the full course rate

Blended Learning Requirement

For blended courses, the online training portion must be completed prior to the in-person session.

Students who do not complete the online portion will not be admitted and must reschedule at the full course rate.
