Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All course registrations, training fees, digital course materials, certification-related fees, and services purchased through Finish Strong CPR & Medical Training are non-refundable. All sales are final.

By registering for a course or purchasing a service, you are reserving training time, instructor availability, equipment, course materials, and/or access to digital learning resources. For this reason, refunds are not provided for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, late arrivals, incomplete coursework, or failure to complete course requirements.

Rescheduling: When permitted, registration fees may be transferred to another available course date or appointment in accordance with our rescheduling policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not constitute a refund.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants who do not attend their scheduled course or appointment, or who arrive too late to participate or complete required course components, may be required to register and pay for a new session.

Online or Blended Courses: Once an online course, access key, digital learning module, or other electronic course material has been issued or activated, that portion of the registration cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited unless otherwise required by the issuing organization or applicable law.

Course Requirements: Certification is not guaranteed solely by payment or attendance. Participants must successfully complete all applicable course requirements, assessments, and skills evaluations to receive certification.

If Finish Strong CPR & Medical Training cancels a course or appointment and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, the participant may be offered a transfer, account credit, or refund, as appropriate.

By completing registration or purchasing a service, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
