Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All course registrations, training fees, digital course materials, certification-related fees, and services purchased are non-refundable. All sales are final and no refunds are issued once fees have been submitted.

By registering for a course or purchasing a service, you are reserving training time, instructor availability, equipment, course materials, and/or access to digital learning resources. For this reason, refunds are not provided for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, late arrivals, incomplete coursework, or failure to complete course requirements.

Rescheduling:

When permitted, registration fees may be transferred to another available course date or appointment in accordance with our rescheduling policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not constitute a refund.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals:

If a registered participant is a no-show, absent, or late to their scheduled class or appointment, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind and is not eligible for a class transfer or reschedule.

Online or Blended Courses:

Once an online course, access key, digital learning module, or other electronic course material has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

Course Requirements:

Certification is not guaranteed solely by payment or attendance. Participants must successfully complete all applicable course requirements, assessments, and skills evaluations to receive national certification.

Cancelled Class Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel classes as needed or due to emergencies such as natural disasters, projected hurricanes, flooding, damaged facilities, instructor sickness, holidays or other circumstances. In the event a class is canceled registered participants will be offered a transfer to a different class at no additional charge or a refund.

By completing registration or purchasing a service, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to each of these terms and conditions.
