This innovative blended learning program maximizes your time by combining self-paced online learning with focused hands-on skills practice. The course follows current emergency cardiovascular care guidelines while offering schedule flexibility. Start with the online portion, where you'll learn essential concepts through interactive modules and video demonstrations. Topics include recognizing cardiac emergencies, proper CPR techniques for all ages, and AED operation. Complete this section at your own pace from any device. Attend a focused in-person skills session where expert instructors will help you perfect your technique. Practice with professional-grade mannequins and AED training devices, ensuring you can perform high-quality CPR and use an AED effectively in emergencies. Upon completing both the online and in-person components, you'll receive an American Heart Association certification eCard valid for two years, meeting workplace and professional certification requirements.
