By registering for a class with J² Education & Wellness, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Participation

Participation in CPR, first aid, and related training is voluntary and may include physical activity and hands-on skill demonstrations. By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating or have consulted a physician prior to attending.

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

Certification Requirements

Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all required components, which may include online coursework, in-person skills practice, and skills evaluation.

Full payment must be received before certification cards are issued.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, fellow participants, and equipment.

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

Photo and Media Release

J² Education & Wellness may capture photographs, video, or audio recordings during training for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Participants who do not wish to be recorded must notify the instructor in writing prior to the class.

Location and Class Logistics

Classes are held in professional training spaces within Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas.

Final class location and arrival details will be provided after registration is confirmed.

Classes are scheduled based on enrollment and availability. Participants will receive confirmation and final details prior to the session.

Liability Waiver

CPR and first aid training involve physical activity, including chest compressions and hands-on skills practice.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless J² Education & Wellness, its instructors, affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation.

Accommodations

J² Education & Wellness is committed to providing accessible training experiences.

Participants requiring accommodations should submit requests at least 7 days prior to class. Requests will be reviewed individually to ensure accessibility while maintaining certification standards.
