Terms and Conditions

By registering for a course with LEARN CPR and More, you agree to the following terms:

Registration and Payment

  • Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your seat.

  • A valid email address is required for course communication and certification delivery.

  • Please provide accurate personal information during registration.

Attendance and Participation

  • You must arrive on time and stay for the entire course to qualify for certification.

  • Active participation in hands-on skills is required to complete the course.

  • Instructors may dismiss students who are disruptive or who do not meet course requirements.

Certification

  • Certifications (e.g., AHA eCards, HSI certificates) are issued only after successful completion of all requirements.

  • Certifications are sent electronically and may take several business days to process.

  • The certifying organization, not LEARN CPR and More, determines the length of certification validity.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations and reschedule requests follow our Refund Policy.

  • No refunds are given for no-shows or incomplete courses.

Liability

  • Courses are educational and do not guarantee performance in real-life emergencies.

  • LEARN CPR and More and its instructors are not responsible for injuries or damages that occur during or after training.

Privacy

  • Student information is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

Updates to Terms

  • LEARN CPR and More may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
