Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Provider
This comprehensive course is designed for healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. It's ideal for first-time learners or those whose certification has expired over 2 months. Suitable for emergency response personnel, intensive care and emergency department staff, and other healthcare providers who need to be prepared to manage high-acuity cardiovascular cases.
The American Heart Association's Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course provides comprehensive instruction for healthcare providers on how to assess and manage cardiopulmonary emergencies. Throughout the course, learners will gain the skills necessary to recognize and intervene in life-threatening situations and how to manage a team of healthcare providers. The course includes topics such as airway management, recognition and treatment of arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes, stroke, and cardiac arrest.
This course results in ACLS Provider Certification.
