Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC – Terms and Conditions for Course Bookings

By booking a course with Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which include our cancellation/refund policy, liability waiver, and media consent. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and a mutual understanding of responsibilities. Please read carefully before booking.

πŸ“… Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reschedule and Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for course registrations. Instead, we provide flexibility to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling Guidelines:

    • Requests made 7 or more days before the scheduled start date: No charge

    • Requests made less than 7 days before the start date: $20 administrative fee

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only granted if no courses of the registered type are forecasted to be available within the next 3 months. In such cases, the refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.

πŸ’» eLearning Policy

Blended learning courses require completion of eLearning modules prior to the in-person session. Failure to complete these modules will prevent participation. Refunds will not be offered in such cases. If you foresee delays, please contact us for assistance.

πŸ“‹ Prerequisites

Some courses may have prerequisites. Please review the course description before signing up. Refunds cannot be provided if you’re unable to complete a course due to unmet prerequisites. For clarification, contact us at info@stardignursingservices.com.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Courses begin promptly. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in ineligibility to participate. You may reschedule for a $20 fee. In exceptional cases, refunds or adjustments may be considered at our sole discretion.

Digital Goods

Digital items (eBooks, access codes, eCards) are non-refundable once delivered. Please review product details prior to purchase.

Physical Goods

Refunds are available within 30 days for items in original, unopened packaging. Contact info@stardignursingservices.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Agreement, Waiver, and Release of Liability

By enrolling in a course with Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved (e.g., physical injury or stress) and voluntarily assume them. You agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC, its instructors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of course participation.

This includes personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You also affirm that you, or the participant you are responsible for, are in suitable physical condition for the course.

Participation does not guarantee mastery or certification if requirements are not met.

By booking, you consent to photo or video capture during training sessions, which may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media). If you prefer not to appear in media, notify the instructor in writing prior to the course start. We honor all privacy requests.
