ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website, purchasing products, enrolling in courses, or using any services provided by Code Ready Education (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All content provided by Code Ready Education, including courses, books, digital downloads, videos, study materials, and practice questions, is for educational purposes only.

Our materials are not a substitute for medical direction, employer protocols, state regulations, certification body requirements, or clinical judgment.

Participation in our programs does not guarantee certification, employment, exam success, or clinical competency.

NO GUARANTEE OF EXAM PASSAGE

Our materials are designed to help prepare students for certification exams, including NREMT and other credentialing bodies. However, we do not guarantee that you will pass any examination.

Exam success depends on individual preparation, knowledge, and testing performance.

COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

Online courses are delivered through our designated course platform. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal educational use.

Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Access duration may vary depending on the specific course purchased.

AHA CERTIFICATION COURSES

For American Heart Association (AHA) courses, students must complete all required components, including cognitive and skills evaluations, in accordance with AHA standards.

Certification is issued only upon successful completion of required criteria.

We reserve the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet employer, regulatory, or licensing requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase or registration.

We reserve the right to change pricing, course availability, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

REFUNDS

Digital products, including ebooks, downloadable materials, and online courses, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

In-person course cancellations or rescheduling may be available if notice is provided within the timeframe stated during registration.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Physical products may be eligible for replacement if damaged or defective upon delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, course materials, videos, graphics, logos, practice questions, written materials, and book content are the intellectual property of Code Ready Education.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share materials without written permission.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR IN-PERSON TRAINING

Participation in hands-on training involves physical activity and skills practice.

By enrolling in in-person courses, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Code Ready Education from liability related to participation.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, course delivery, and advertising.

We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of third-party service providers.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS

We may run promotional campaigns or advertisements. Promotional offers are subject to change, expiration, or modification at our discretion.

PRIVACY

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
